Psalm 100
A psalm. For giving thanks.
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the LORD is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Yup this is in my mind & heart now tho i'm really tired!
jus came back frm AMKGH frm the Youth Gospel Rally:)
It was great, as we shared in the blessings of our Father,
and we had the opportunity to serve Him & give Him ourselves.
thru the rehearsals, which suffered quite a number of glitches here n there,
what we saw was the smooth running of the actual event
after we had fully surrendered it in prayer.
thank God for His providence!
be it the worship, or thru sharing the Gospel with a crosstalk with Yuan,
or singing the a capellas, it was jus amazing:D
many many instances during these weeks of practices hv touched me
time and again. and seeing hw this time round we commit more
to prayer too is a new growth for each of us.
indeed, when we think abt it, God doesnt need to use
our limited human minds, human hearts, human hands to
complete His work, to touch the hearts of ppl and cause them
to turn to Him. But bcos of His love & grace, He chose to use us.
to mould us more and more to reflect the goodness of Christ.
tt we may not be empty vessels, but vessels of use, vessels to bring othrs to know Him.
this in itself is simply amazing and more than we can ask for!
so just wanna give thanks!!
the past 4 wks @ TTSH hv been tiring, and Medicine posting really requires
alot more of reading than Surgery but hvnt had much time/energy yet
to really hit the books, but nonetheless, i'm thankful for all tt i have.
the wonderful tutots, the joy of learning, the making of frens
all hv been more than i can ask for. even tho Sats now also are workdays,
i'm learning & growing:)
Fri's mid-posting feedback session with assoc dean was good,
but it gave a truly clearer pic of what the next few yrs will be like.
alot to imagine abt, but i'll do me best in His strength!
it's hard putting all my tots down here, simply too many to be
properly dissected & laid out in clear strips, but herein are the
experiences tt have carved a portion of my life with much impact!
